Four Seasons Maui is seeking an Executive Steward to plan, organize, direct and control the Stewarding Department to support the broader Food & Beverage operation. This role is part of the Food & Beverage team and reports to the Assistant Director and Director of Food & Beverage.
You will recruit and coach staff, ensure sanitation of all kitchens and stewarding areas, and control labor and operating expenses through scheduling, budgeting and purchasing.
