Job Overview
On the (RSR) PXT team as an HR Partner, you will support PXT operations through consistent standard work execution, relationship building, and timely issue resolution. You’ll build culture, support engagement, coach leaders, and use data‑driven insights and HR technology to enhance the employee experience. You will be expected to work onsite at an Amazon facility.
Key Responsibilities- Support a positive employee experience by executing key programs, reinforcing workplace standards, and partnering with PXT and Operations to create a culture where employees feel valued, heard, and supported.
- Execute standard work with consistent quality and timeliness, meeting established service level agreements and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Provide frontline employee support by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring appropriate resolution or escalation of employee matters. Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in running and monitoring feedback channels such as round tables, floor walks, and employee engagement activities. Support issue tracking and follow‑up to drive resolutions and improvements.
- Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that impact engagement and retention, and guide them in using available tools for effective communication, recognition, and performance conversations.
- Support the execution of site‑level engagement, communication, and culture‑building initiatives; coordinate logistics, gather feedback, and monitor effectiveness.
- Track and summarize PXT‑related data (e.g., attrition/attendance trends, hiring data, employee sentiment) and help prepare insights for site reviews or team discussions.
- Promote the use of self‑service tools to resolve routine employee and manager questions, identify recurring gaps, and elevate opportunities to improve tool usability or adoption.
A typical day involves balancing standard work execution with responsive employee support, maintaining a consistent presence on the operations floor, engaging directly with hourly employees, using data tools to track metrics, coordinating engagement activities, coaching, and seeking guidance from senior team members when complex issues arise.
Basic Qualifications- Experience giving skills and communicating complex concepts clearly and effectively to diverse audiences across functions.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
- Degree in HR, Management, Business, Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience in customer service or people‑facing roles, demonstrating effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze information, solve problems, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
- Proficiency with AI‑powered tools, HR analytics platforms, and emerging technologies to derive insights and drive process improvements.
- Ability to train others in HR technologies and digital platforms, increasing user adoption and enhancing end‑user experience.
- Strong organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and deliver results in fast‑paced, dynamic environments.
- Experience building partnerships and collaborating effectively across teams, demonstrating adaptability and autonomy.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement and navigate ambiguous situations with limited direction.
- Basic understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and resourcefulness.
Base salary ranges based on location: 51,300.00 – 89,800.00 USD annually for Seaford, DE;
Grantsville, MD; and Salisbury, MD.
