Job Title: Attorney – IP & Corporate/Commercial Litigation

A respected Delaware litigation boutique with a reputation for sophisticated, high-stakes work is expanding its team and hiring for Litigation Associate roles in Intellectual Property and Corporate/Commercial Litigation
. This firm regularly serves as Delaware counsel alongside leading national law firms on complex matters, with deep bench strength before the Delaware Court of Chancery and other Delaware courts

Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation matters — IP disputes (patent, trademark, trade secret) or corporate/commercial matters (fiduciary duty, business torts, contract disputes) — from strategy through trial
• Serve as Delaware counsel alongside national law firms on complex, high-stakes matters
• Appear before the Delaware Court of Chancery, District of Delaware, and other Delaware courts
• Communicate directly with clients and co-counsel on case strategy and status

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of litigation experience (specific range depends on practice area — IP litigation background preferred for the IP role, ideally including ANDA/Hatch-Waxman experience; Chancery Court or corporate litigation exposure preferred for the Commercial role)
• Delaware Bar admission (or ability to obtain promptly)
• Strong legal writing, research, and analytical skills

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – $290,000. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
