Production Associate plays a vital role in ensuring product quality and supporting smooth daily operations. In this role, you will demonstrate keen attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to safety as you manage production tasks that directly impact our standards and product excellence.

- Monday through Friday;
Saturday as required - First Shift: 5:00 am–2:00 pm or 8:00 am–5:00 pm
- Second Shift: 2:00 pm–11:00 pm or 5:00 pm–3:00 am
- Third Shift (Shipping only): 12:00 am–8:00 am
- Works at various stations along the production line processing poultry food products
- Operates machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Maintains a clean and organized work area to uphold food safety standards
- Collaborates with team members to achieve production targets
- Participates in company and department safety programs
Education and Experience
- High School or equivalent (not required but preferred)
- Experience in a distribution warehouse
- Ability to tolerate wet and moist floors, including metal and plastic grating surfaces
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs by reaching, bending, and pushing boxes
- Ability to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, and ear protection as required
- Might work in an environment with temperatures between 28 °F and 100 °F
- Might handle products ranging from 25 °F to 50 °F
- Might be exposed to noise levels ranging from 50 dB to 110 dB
- Might be exposed to dust, feathers, and chemicals used in poultry processing facilities
- Occasional exposure to carbon dioxide vapors (10 ppm) and chlorine (
