Location: Delaware, OH (fully on‑site)
Starting Pay: $30 per hour plus $0.75 shift differential
Schedule: 2nd shift Monday – Thursday (4:00 pm – 2:30 am)

Bi‑weekly
Training: 1st shift (up to 4 weeks), Monday – Thursday, 6:00 am – 4:30 pm

• Follow production orders, prepare parts, and assemble components into assemblies by teaching the robot and executing robotic welding.
• Execute welds in accordance with company procedures and documents, meeting defined quality standards.
• Maintain equipment in proper functioning status by applying preventative maintenance, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing minor malfunctions as needed.
• Inspect finished welds for conformance to specifications.
• Verify and document welding processes and any variations.
• Propose new methods, procedures, or equipment to improve efficiency and/or quality.

• At least 3 years of experience in robot operation – robotic welding strongly preferred.
• Experience and certification in welding in accordance with ASME standard a plus.
• Ability to read and apply WPS and read drawings.
• Strong aptitude for problem solving and teamwork.
• Methodical, organized, and precise.
• Proactive in proposing solutions.
