Train Operators and Process Technician I associates on setup and operation of Fresh Cuts equipment;
Inspect equipment for proper operation;
Prepare equipment for sanitation;
Oversee blade sharpening program;
Report blade sharpening issues;
Observe and adjust equipment during production;
Submit purchase requests through Maximo CMMS;
Provide accurate pass-down information to counterparts;
Communicate with Production and Maintenance Superintendents at least 2 hours in advance
