Operate, monitor, and tend to plastic injection molding machinery - Quality Inspection:
Conduct visual inspections and use measuring tools (gauges) to ensure parts meet specifications - Finishing and Trimming:
Trim (flash), cut, and de-gate from molded parts - Packaging and Labeling:
Package finished products, scan labels, and weigh parts for shipping - Documentation:
Record production data, scrap, and quality checks
Housekeeping:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation, ensuring adherence to safety protocols
