Nurse Practitioner - Cardiology

Job Summary

As our Part-Time Cardiology nurse practitioner, you will be assigned to a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Georgetown, DE to treat geriatric patients for their Cardiology needs. You will be responsible for Cardiology throughout the SNF and maintain a strong relationship with the client facility, patients and families. Excellent clinical and interpersonal skills are required as well as the desire to be a part of a team that functions at the highest level.

Your duties will include collaboration with administration, nursing, therapy, and families. The ideal candidate will always put the patient and facility first.

You will practice autonomously to improve the comfort and satisfaction of ill patients and be an integrated cornerstone for the facility’s patients and staff.
