Key Responsibilities Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures.Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient services.Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed.Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication.Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training.Qualifications
