    Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff.
  • Evaluate nursing activities to ensure high-quality patient care, strong team relations, and efficient services.
  • Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed.
  • Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations.
  • Act as a liaison between staff, physicians, and other departments to facilitate effective communication.
  • Mentor and develop nursing staff, promoting professional growth and training.
  • Qualifications
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) certification in State of Delaware.
  • BSN degree preferred, with at least 1 year of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and healthcare software systems.
