Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on nursing care in accordance with care plans and facility protocols

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and emotional status

• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and care team members

• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with safety standards

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Qualifications:

• Active LPN license in the state of Delaware
