Perdue Foods is seeking a Food Safety & Quality Assurance Technician for 1st shift to monitor production and ensure compliance with company, regulatory, and GFSI standards.
You will perform product reviews for grading, packaging and weights, enforce quality policies, and maintain a safe, high-quality plant environment. A high school diploma and 6 months in a similar field are required; GMP/Sanitation knowledge is preferred.
