You will be a dedicated Sales Lead, supporting the store leadership team to achieve the highest level of customer engagement and sales results. You model the voice of our brand, provide feedback, coach associates, and foster an inclusive environment that celebrates diversity.
ResponsibilitiesDeliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against key targets.
Foster a consumer‑centric mindset and inclusive store environment, modeling sales behaviors with genuine consumer interactions.
Provide direct feedback, coaching, and supervision to associates.
Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager, including covering breaks, meal periods, or opening the store without a supervisor.
Interact regularly with consumers, maintaining a high level of customer service.
Adhere to policies, procedures, and practices that align with company directives.
1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; however we value hands‑on experience and professional achievements. Formal education or advanced degrees are appreciated but secondary to experience.
Foundational SkillsProven ability to drive results through store teams and exceed sales and profit goals.
Proven ability to drive results through team coaching and operational excellence.
Skilled in coaching, motivating, and building high‑performing, diverse teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
Solution‑oriented and flexible in a fast‑paced, dynamic retail environment.
Capable of working independently, managing shifting priorities, and meeting business expectations.
Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools.
Physical endurance to stand, move across the store for extended periods, and perform tasks such as bending, reaching, squatting, climbing ladders, and lifting light to moderate weight.
Hiring Range: $18.00 – $21.74 USD per hour
Incentive Potential: Eligible for additional compensation awards, including annual incentive plans, sales incentives, or commission potential. Details will be provided during the recruiting process.
