Compensation

• Hourly rate equal or exceed required minimum wage at job location.
• Hourly Wage: $18 - $31 per hour.
• Additional Compensation:
  Annual or Quarterly Performance Incentives.
• Premiums: $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work. Multiple premiums may apply.
