Sales Management Trainee - Southern Delaware; Georgetown

Overview

Enterprise Mobility is hiring for its Sales Management Training Program in Southern Delaware locations including Dover, Georgetown, Rehoboth, or Milford.

The target compensation for this position is $57,530 annually, based on an hourly rate of $22.58, plus any applicable overtime compensation for a 46‑hour work week.

You will serve as the face of Enterprise to customers and partners, and as a behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In a structured program you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team. You will learn to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations while receiving guidance, mentoring, and support to succeed.

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must have 6 months of cumulative experience within the last 5 years in any of the following:
  Sales & Customer Service (commission sales, retail, hospitality, restaurant or bar service);
  Leadership (military, community, social, or academic organizations);
  Sports Leadership & Competition (athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team).
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must be living in Southern Delaware within 30 days of the anticipated start date.
