AufgabenIdentifikation neuer Umsatzpotenziale und Ableitung konkreter Maßnahmen.
-steuerung: Erstellung und Umsetzung von Account- und Channel-Plänen (inkl. „Channel-Produkten“); laufendes KPI-Monitoring und Initiierung von Korrekturmaßnahmen zur Zielerreichung.
Ableitung fundierter Handlungsempfehlungen zur Optimierung der Vertriebsstrategie.
B. Marketing, Supply, Finance).
