Security Officer Credential Verification

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors at a government facility by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry points, verify credentials and authorized access, maintain visitor records, and direct individuals to appropriate locations in accordance with facility requirements;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required;
Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned entry areas, facility grounds, and perimeter to help identify unauthorized access or unusual conditions;
Support a professional, orderly environment by communicating clearly with the public and following established reporting and escalation procedures
