SERVPRO of Sussex County is hiring for our duct cleaning department. We are currently looking for someone to assist as a lead technician on all duct cleaning and repair jobs. Relevant HVAC experience is a plus and will be accounted for in pay (we also train hard workers!).

• Assist as lead technician on duct cleaning and repair jobs.
• Perform duct cleaning duties requiring heavy lifting, confined spaces, mechanical knowledge, problem solving, and use of power tools, with a focus on great customer service.
• Adhere to the company standard of delivering the best, most thorough work for customers.
• Join the emergency services rotation and participate in after-hours emergency calls (water damages, etc.). Dispatch crews 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. This rotation pays overtime and bonuses per job.
• Benefit from a commission bonus potential after a successful 90-day review.

• Relevant HVAC or related experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic with aptitude for training and advancement.
