As a Plumbing Foreman, you provide oversight and direction for the field personnel. You ensure that materials are at the job site prior to scheduling the labor needed to complete the work.

Applying your industry knowledge, you evaluate the quality of work at each phase of construction and assist with complex project installation challenges.

You serve as the liaison to offsite management, reporting to and making recommendations to the project manager based on your observations.

Passionate about quality and safety, you confirm that proper procedures are followed by all staff. You direct the subcontractors and field personnel, providing informal job site training and guidance in plumbing methods. Your leadership inspires the field personnel to take pride in their work.

• 5 years of experience with plumbing new construction
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Applicable state code knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to pass a drug screening
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record

Journeyman certification is preferred but multiple factors will be considered. Strong problem‑solving, diplomacy, mentoring, and communication skills are also desired.

This full-time foreman position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Overtime can be expected during peak periods.
