* ** Summary*
* Keep our operations running safely and efficiently as a Wastewater Maintenance Operator. In this hands-on role, you will maintain, repair, troubleshoot, and rebuild critical wastewater equipment to ensure reliable plant operations and regulatory compliance.

You'll work with a variety of mechanical systems, operate company equipment, and perform preventative maintenance while partnering with a dedicated team to support continuous production. This opportunity is ideal for a mechanically inclined professional who enjoys solving problems, working in a fast-paced environment, and developing new skills, including earning Delaware wastewater certifications to advance their career.

** Schedule** :
Thursday through Sunday, 6:00pm - 6:00am.

** Principal

Essential Duties & Responsibilities *
* + Maintain a valid driver's license and Personal Identity Verification (PIV) authorization to operate company vehicles and equipment.

+ Obtain a Delaware water license within 18 months.

+ Obtain a Level I Delaware wastewater license within 12 months.

+ Maintain flexibility and general physical fitness to perform assigned duties.

+ Climb ladders and work on platforms when required to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

+ Use and understand the Maximo work order system.

+ Repair, rebuild, maintain, and adjust wastewater equipment and related systems.

+ Follow manufacturer operation and maintenance procedures when performing assigned work.

** Minimum

Education and Experience *
* + 6 months of prior related experience.

+ Reading and analytical skills.

+ Knowledge of arc welding, torch use, fabrication, and wastewater equipment.

** Preferred

Education and Experience *
* + High School Diploma or equivalent.

** Physical Requirements and Environmental Factors*
* + Work in areas subject to outdoor environmental conditions.

+ Lift up to 50 pounds as required.

+ Wear required personal protective equipment.

+ Move throughout assigned work areas safely and efficiently.
