Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
Prepare and post journal entries
Perform account reconciliations and analyze variances
Assist with financial reporting and recurring internal reports
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and internal policies
Contribute to inventory, cost, and fixed asset accounting activities (as applicable)
Partner with cross-functional teams to support business operations
Assist with audit requests and documentation
Identify and support process improvements and internal control enhancements
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Minimum 3 years of progressive accounting experience
Solid understanding of general accounting principles
Experience in a product-based or operational environment is a plus (not required)
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively across departments
