JW Nutritional LLC is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to manage invoicing, payments, and customer billing at our Allen, TX office. You will monitor the AR mailbox, review POs and packing slips, and ensure the accuracy of customer charges.
You should be proficient with Quick Books or similar ERP, Excel, and Gmail, and bring strong organizational, data entry and analytical skills. This role emphasizes collaboration with accounting and QA teams and a commitment to excellent service.
