We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin to join our dynamic team in Ohio. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of USD 100,000 annually. As an Admin, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our office and supporting various departments. You will work closely with a dedicated team of professionals, contributing to the overall efficiency and productivity of the organization.

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with accuracy and professionalism.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering necessary supplies.
  • Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communications, including phone calls and emails.
  • Assist in the preparation and organization of company events and meetings.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative activities.
  • Support the HR department with onboarding new employees and maintaining personnel records.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.
  • Contribute to special projects and initiatives as needed by the management team.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Nice-to-Haves
  • Experience with project management tools and software.
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Familiarity with HR processes and procedures.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination.
