Document Controller - US, Ohio - 12 Month Contract
Be part of a next‑generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new‑build facility in Ohio, a multi‑billion‑dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Document Controller to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the dedicated on‑site Senior Document Controller supporting Project Controls on the LAPI program.
- Administer and govern all project documentation within EPIC in accordance with document management procedures.
- Ensure accurate receipt, logging, distribution, tracking, and archival of engineering, procurement, construction, and CQV documentation.
- Maintain strict document version control and revision history.
- Extensive document control experience on large‑scale CAPEX projects.
- Strong hands‑on experience using EPIC document management system.
- Experience working within pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industries.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Engineering, Procurement, and Construction phases.
