The position will support the Strategic Planning & Initiatives team within Marketing & Communications by assisting with project coordination, content tracking, reporting, meeting preparation, and workflow organization. This role provides hands‑on experience in managing marketing projects from planning through execution while collaborating with internal stakeholders across communications, creative, and digital teams.

Skills & Competencies- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (or Google Workspace equivalents)

- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Interest in project management, marketing workflows, and cross‑functional coordination
