This temporary position provides essential administrative and operational support to Joyner Lab teams coordinating schedules, meeting arrangements, and facilitating communication among team members to ensure smooth execution of day-to-day project activities. This is a 20‑hour‑per‑week role, with potential to grow into a full‑time position based on business needs.

- Provide administrative support and schedule meetings;
- Coordinate project activities and facilitate communication among team members;
- Maintain project documentation, monitor timelines, and communicate potential delays to Dr. Joyner and lab manager (35 % of time);
- Assist with grant administration (25 % of time);
- Perform other duties/special projects as assigned (5 % of time).
- Highly organized and detail‑oriented.
- Strong multitasking, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience in administrative support or project coordination preferred.
- Background investigation required.
- No P‑Card requirement.
- No driving requirement.
- Security Access required.
