Are you a skilled Auto Body Estimator or experienced body shop professional ready for an exciting challenge? The Kenwood Dealer Group is searching for a motivated individual with a keen eye for detail and strong multi-tasking skills to take charge of estimating collision repairs and managing repair claims. This role is perfect for someone who understands collision repairs, enjoys working with customers, and thrives in a fast-paced, rewarding environment.

• Providing accurate damage estimates for vehicle repairs.
• Communicating with insurance companies to process claims efficiently.
• Scheduling customer appointments and ensuring a seamless experience.
• Dispatching repair work and overseeing job progress.
• Maintaining high customer satisfaction through excellent service.

• Recent experience as an Estimator or Assistant Manager in a body shop OR 3+ years as a Body Shop Technician with estimating experience preferred.
• Knowledge of collision repair techniques and industry standards.
• Strong computer skills, preferably experience with CCC estimating software
  .
• Ability to determine labor times, write estimates, and handle supplements.
• Excellent organization, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
