*** Proven experience delivering a strong customer experience.
* Ability to identify vehicles that we want to make offers on and collaborating with sales and used car managers.
* Experience using VAuto to run approximate appraisals (preferred).
* Experience working with customers that are interested in trading in their vehicles and collaborating with the sales team to transition customers.
* Excellent communication skills (required).
* Strong amount of emotional intelligence.
