• Greet customers warmly upon arrival and understand their vehicle's service needs.
• Clearly explain necessary maintenance and repair services to customers, providing estimates.
• Create detailed repair orders and ensure accuracy.
• Schedule service appointments efficiently.
• Maintain open and consistent communication with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
• Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
• Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.

• Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using automotive repair software and systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Valid driver's license.
