• Strategic Parts Procurement: Order necessary parts, manage vendor relationships, negotiate competitive pricing, and keep parts costs controlled (aiming under 25%) with zero technician downtime.
• Receiving & Inventory Tracking: Use Tekmetric software to check in parts, document pricing, manage cores, and track shop inventory.
• Hands-On & Diagnostic Support: Step in to assist technicians with diagnostics and repairs whenever an extra set of skilled hands is needed.
• Customer & Sales Support: Build accurate estimates, schedule customer appointments, and perform 'show and share' walk-throughs to build customer trust and sell needed service.
