. The successful candidate will be a key driver of our expansion, responsible for identifying new business opportunities and forging strong client relationships. You will play a pivotal role in connecting businesses with our expert guidance on improving performance, expanding market reach, and strengthening operational efficiency. We are looking for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales who is passionate about helping other companies succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve company growth targets and expand our client base within the consulting sector.
  • Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their business challenges and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate closely with our consulting teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding process and successful service delivery.
  • Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to senior management.
  • Represent CSP Developments Ltd at industry events and conferences to network and promote our services.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar senior sales role, preferably within B2B consulting or professional services.
  • A demonstrable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organisation.
  • A strong business acumen and an understanding of key performance indicators and operational efficiency principles.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A competitive salary of $90,000 - $123,000 USD per annum
    , commensurate with experience.
