Responsibilities
- Monitor, maintain, and order supplies to meet stock level targets and avoid shortages.
- Maintain on-site equipment and assets to ensure they are in good working order and meet performance expectations.
- Collaborate with HR and administrative support to ensure proper onboarding/offboarding, completion of required training, payroll accuracy, and issue resolution.
- Ensure full compliance with workplace safety regulations.
- Be reasonably available outside of regular business hours to respond to urgent operational or safety issues, either remotely or in‑person.
- Ability to work independently with minimal or no supervision.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and coworkers.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others.
- Ability to accept direction and constructive criticism.
- Ability to complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple projects.
- Ability to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience managing janitorial contracts.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Strong leadership, team development, and performance management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to maintain positive client relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Significant standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, bending, twisting, reaching, squatting, and crawling.
- Must be able to work in varying warehouse environments and temperatures, including exposure to noise, heat, cold, and indoor/outdoor conditions.
- Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds frequently.
