The Data Analyst will be responsible for documenting and maintaining various databases, creating KPIs and supporting After Sales Consultants by analyzing and strategizing ways to increase revenue. This individual will also extract spare parts lists from the system and manage the e‑Commerce database for current and new customers. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail.
Responsibilities- Maintain the database for After Sales.
- Extract spare parts list from the system for new projects and/or according to AS Consultant request.
- Manage the e‑Commerce backend for current and new customers.
- Create and maintain KPI’s for management review.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree or relevant experience required.
- Experience with data analysis (preference sales areas).
- Experience with KPI and action plan based on the data.
- Ability to take initiative and complete tasks with little to no supervision.
- Ability to work under strict deadline constraints.
- Proficient organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Power BI and/or data analysis.
- Willing to work overtime as needed.
- Willing to travel domestic and internationally.
