ConsultingDevelopment Program Analyst
The Consulting Development Program Analyst role is a structured, one‑year development program designed to prepare you for a successful career as an Application Consultant ough hands‑on training, mentorship, and real‑world client exposure, you will build the skills needed to help organizations optimize their business processes and implement leading accounting and business management solutions.
Role and Responsibilities- Participate in a comprehensive development program focused on ERP systems, business processes, and client consulting.
- Learn how to support organizations in implementing accounting and business management technologies that drive operational success.
- Partner with experienced Application Consultants on client projects, gaining practical consulting and project experience.
- Assist with software implementation, configuration, testing, training, and client support activities.
- Leverage AI‑powered tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, support data analysis, streamline consulting activities, and deliver innovative solutions for clients.
- Build strong relationships with clients by communicating proactively and professionally throughout engagements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.
- Develop the knowledge and skills necessary to transition into a permanent Application Consultant role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Interest in technology, business systems, consulting, and process improvement.
- Exposure to or knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated achievement in academics, work experience, leadership roles, internships, or extracurricular activities.
- A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment.
