Join AES as a Business Analyst & Administrative Support Specialist. This hybrid role balances strategic analysis with day-to-day administrative operations.
Responsibilities- Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
- Monitor KPIs and provide recommendations for performance optimization.
- Assist in project planning, tracking, and documentation.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate team engagements.
- Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and meeting minutes.
- Maintain organized records and documentation, including contracts, purchase requisitions, and project files.
- Manage general office tasks such as ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and maintaining filing systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Proficiency with financials and data.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
