We are seeking an energetic, mentoring Shop Dispatcher to support our service department. The role involves coordinating repair work, quality control, training, and maintaining up‑to‑date service knowledge.

• Dispatch new repair orders to the proper technicians.
• Consistently review and monitor existing and in‑process repairs.
• Perform quality control checks on each completed repair order before it leaves the shop.
• Stay current on relevant service information, bulletins, and product changes.
• Accurately complete and process all repair order information in a timely manner.
• Provide technical expertise, coaching, and on‑the‑job training for technicians at all skill levels.
• Build and maintain a high‑performing team eager to resolve jobs quickly and get customers back on the road.
