Senior Analyst, Distribution Capacity Planning

Responsibilities

• Work closely with leaders and business partners to deliver analysis and insights to support the development and ongoing assessment of operational forecasts, staffing strategies, and multi-year business plans.
• Identify trends and relevant information to help leaders build effective staffing plans, evaluate performance, and clearly understand team and associate capabilities.
• Assess the impact of improvements and new product initiatives on long range staffing plans and contribute to business case development.
• Develop and improve analytic tools/models/dashboards through automation, contributing to the evolution of our team’s analytic and business intelligence capabilities.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or similar field, with equivalent experience considered; MBA preferred but not required.
• Experience in financial/operational modeling, analysis and business case development.
• SQL/Snowflake experience a plus.
• Strong project management skills will provide structure to enable successful results.
• Understanding of financial/accounting or workforce management principles is a plus.
