- Provides solutions for IT and business management on applying technology to business opportunities, planning and implementation of cross‑functional applications.
- Participates in identifying, evaluating, and configuring systems that are cost effective and meet business requirements.
- Monitors client experiences and feedback on the use of business applications; enhanced system productivity, as needed.
- Provides senior level consulting services to internal business groups on process improvement projects designed to improve their business results.
- Analyzes, defines and documents clients requirements, and revises existing systems logic challenges, as necessary.
- 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills
- Capable of breaking down complex processes
- Ability to articulate the differences between what, why, and how a given process works
- Analysis skills, ability to run queries against SQL tables and search files
- Experience writing technical requirements, proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio for creating requirements and high‑level design docs/job/data
- Some coding/development past experience or training is a plus
- Ability to understand APIs, review code in Git Hub, testing in Postman
- Credit Card subject matter expertise is a plus
- Ability to effectively present and communicate information both written & verbal to business and technical groups
