At Epignosis our mission is simple yet bold:
To make learning technologies accessible to every business, regardless of geography, sector, or company size. And we’ve been doing just that for more than a decade, empowering millions of people to grow, learn, and thrive through technology that’s both powerful and affordable.

We're rapidly becoming one of Greece's largest SaaS companies, serving 12,000+ companies and 22+ million learners worldwide with solutions like TalentLMS (an award-winning cloud LMS built for simplicity), eFront (an enterprise LMS), Talent Cards (a mobile app for deskless training), and TalentHR (a lightweight HRIS for people operations).

Our success is built on a team that believes that work should matter — not only to you, but to the world around you. We're looking for people who light up when solving hard problems, who care deeply about their craft, and who want to build something that genuinely helps people grow.

We're looking for a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to drive product strategy, execution, and growth. You'll work closely with cross‑functional teams to build customer‑centric solutions, define product direction, and deliver features that create measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Product Manager, you will:

  • Create buy‑in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners.
  • Translate product strategy into detailed requirements.
  • Collaborate with the Product design team on implementing where required User Experience Research initiatives and designing end user journeys/mockups.
  • Evaluate the most important Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and derive measures from the results for the future success of the product.
  • Scope and prioritize roadmap work and set delivery timelines.
  • Partner with engineering on scoping and delivery trade‑offs.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop product positioning, benefit and sales arguments for target segments, while also contributing to competitive analysis, market trends, and industry innovations to provide valuable insights for differentiation.
  • Collaborate on the creations of supporting and training documents for internal and external users.
  • Utilize analytics tools to monitor key product metrics, track user behavior, and gather insights to drive data‑informed decision‑making and continuous product improvement.

To be successful in this role as a Senior Product Manager, you should have:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, including at least 2 years owning a product area end‑to‑end.
  • Proven experience building and managing SaaS products, with a solid understanding of software development, web technologies, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills, with a proven track record of delivering measurable business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts, capabilities, limitations, and responsible AI practices, including privacy, security, bias, and explainability.
  • Hands‑on experience using AI‑powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to improve product discovery, documentation, analysis, and the design of AI‑enabled product solutions.
