THE ROLE
As a Strategy Intern within the Office of Strategy Management, you will help connect strategy to execution by supporting strategic initiatives, executive-facing communications, and high-impact projects across the business. You will gain a unique perspective on how organizations plan, prioritize, and achieve major goals.
WHAT YOU WILL DO- Support strategic initiatives:
Assist with projects from scoping through implementation, rollout, and metric tracking. - Build project plans:
Develop project plans that capture scope, timelines, costs, and key milestones. - Create executive-ready materials:
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, diagrams, process maps, and project documentation. - Drive execution:
Support strategic and operational plans that help move business priorities forward.
- Hands-on experience supporting strategy and project management initiatives
- Exposure to executive communications and reporting
- Experience with project planning, execution, and change management
- Opportunities to strengthen analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
- Pursuing a degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Technologically savvy with strong attention to detail
- Quick learner and dynamic problem solver
- Flexible and comfortable navigating changing priorities
- Relationship-oriented with the ability to work across teams and leadership levels
- Project leadership experience is a plus
Work Authorization:
Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, a current or future need for sponsorship is not supported or available for this position.
Salary Range: $31,200.00 - $62,400.00
* This range reflects base pay only. Incentive earnings, like commissions or bonuses, are not included.
