• Prioritize safe work planning and partner with site safety leaders to identify and correct hazards
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer and lead consistent owner’s coordination and reporting meetings
• Establish and maintain the project plan and schedule, setting objectives and performance standards, and monitoring compliance
• Prioritize effective and continuous communication across client representatives, A-E representatives, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Manage financial aspects of the project, including projections, invoice processing, cash flow, profitability, self‑perform and subcontractor costs, and ensure alignment with the budget while avoiding scope gaps
• Ensure compliance with applicable Labor Agreements
• Coordinate and oversee weekly subcontractor meetings
• Estimate, price, submit, and negotiate accurate subcontracts and change orders
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to keep the project aligned with the plan
• Plan and manage effective project closeout, ensuring an expeditious and quality handover process

• Ability to communicate professionally verbally and written with the ability to lead teams and resolve conflict
• Self‑motivated leader with a passion for mentoring and developing teams
• Highly organized with strong planning and analytic skills, attention to detail, and expert attention to detail
• An ability to manage all aspects of a project, including technical, safety, schedule, cost, and financial responsibility
• Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, Primavera P6, Autodesk Build, and Viewpoint Vista software
• Experience in the automotive sector is preferred
• Experience in heavy civil construction is preferred but not required

• A Bachelor’s degree in an Engineering‑related field or Construction Management is required
• 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management
