Our client, a well-established General Contractor
, is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in ground-up industrial construction to join their team. This is a traveling position, covering projects across multiple sites, and is ideal for someone who has managed industrial builds from the ground up while working for a General Contractor and is comfortable working on the road.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead ground-up industrial construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout at various job sites
  • Travel to and oversee active projects across multiple locations as assigned
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and scope to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams throughout all phases of construction
  • Oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
  • Enforce jobsite safety standards and ensure compliance with OSHA and local codes
  • Serve as the primary client-facing contact, maintaining strong relationships with owners, architects, and engineers
  • Conduct regular site visits and progress meetings to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a General Contractor
    , specifically on ground-up industrial projects (required)
  • Demonstrated experience managing large-scale industrial builds from initial groundbreaking through completion
  • Strong understanding of industrial construction methods, materials, and sequencing
  • Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project)
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively
    , with extended stays at project sites as needed
