Lang Masonry Contractors is seeking a Superintendent to lead and supervise a crew of laborers, Masons, and Operators to successfully complete commercial masonry projects. • Promote safety always
• Supervise a crew of up to 30 employees and prioritize work
• Monitor crew work for quality
• Read and follow plans, material lists and guidelines and apply necessary timelines
• Conduct regular tailgate safety meetings
• Fulfill all regular and advanced installation/construction duties, including project layout, and complete required paperwork in a timely manner
• Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete projects within established guidelines and timeframe
• Enforce all company safety policies and procedures
• Enforce all client‑required safety policies and procedures
• Comply with all company policies and procedures and safety requirements, including crew member discipline and documentation
• Submit crew member time sheets into payroll by deadline

• Masonry experience required
• Supervisory experience required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage job site operations
