- Oversee the safety of all electrical trades on each assigned job site
- Perform safety audits
- Take the appropriate course of action for accidents and incidents
- Contribute ideas for further improvement and excellence within the established safety department
- Extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations in regards to construction
- Prior experience overseeing the safety for electrical tradesmen
- Ability to effectively lead, influence, and motivate staff in regards to safety procedures
- Current OSHA 10 and/or 30 Hour Certification required
- OSHA 500 strongly preferred
Demonstrates extensive knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations, with a focus on safety oversight for electrical trades. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in implementing safety procedures and conducting safety audits.
