Safety Coordinator

Location Franklin Furnace, OH

Pay: $22.00- $25.00 Per Hour DOE

LEAD is hiring Construction Safety Coordinator! Bilingal is a Huge Plus

If you are an experienced safety professional in the construction industry looking for an excellent opportunity, we want to talk to you!

This person will be responsible for assisting the Safety Manager with safety program execution, field supervision, training, safety administration, case/care management, coordination, etc.

• OSHA 30
• Current First Aid, CPR, Narcon, Bloodborn pathogens, and AED training
• Emergency procedures training
• OSHA 510 ( preferred)
• NFPA 70E and LOTO ( preferred)
• Must pass national background check
• Must pass Drug Test
• Must have valid Drivers License
• Must speak fluent Spanish and English

• Jobsite inspections
• Injury and incident Investigations/Reporting
• Conduct weekly Toolbox safety meetings to include attendance document
• Cooperation and collaboration with Project Managers/Contractors
• Equipment Inspections
• First aid, medical treatment, and blood borne pathogens
• Safety Representative Meetings
• Disciplinary/Corrective Actions
• Additional duties as needed

• Must be able to hear, and speak clearly with professional standard grammar.
• Must be able to walk, stand, sit, stoop, kneel, climb stairs, reach overhead, push, pull, lift and carry up to 50 lbs., must have dexterity of fingers (or mechanical substitutions).
• Excellent verbal and written communication
