The Student Videographer / Photographer will be responsible for filming, producing, and editing video and photographic content for publication on the Auxiliary Services department websites and social media networks.

- Film, edit and produce original, appropriate, and high quality content for Auxiliary Services social media and website focused on the UGA on‑campus experience. Provide closed captioning, description, metadata, thumbnails, and ensure accessibility for all videos.
- Work closely with the creative team to contribute to the ideation and planning of video projects. Be knowledgeable of current video and photo industry trends and techniques.
- Assist during high‑level marketing shoots by organizing and preparing video equipment. Maintain and organize video equipment and accessories.
- Perform other duties consistent with the purpose of the position as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
:
- Demonstrated experience with creating and editing video and photo content.
Relevant/Preferred Education, Experience, Licensure, Certification
:
- Familiarity and experience with cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, and Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite are desirable.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Competencies
:
- Demonstrated experience with creating and editing video and photo content.
- Some ability to independently conceptualize, produce, shoot, and edit original, branded content for the Auxiliary Services’ units online distribution platforms.
- Familiarity and experience with cameras, microphones, lighting equipment, Adobe Premiere Pro and Creative Suite desired.
