Role OverviewThe Associate Photographer is a versatile member of the media collection team for and Equipped with Pro 3 Matterport equipment, a digital camera, and an iPad, the photographer captures 3‑D virtual tours, floor plans, and high‑quality photography of residential homes. Each photographer works within a core territory, schedules appointments, and records virtual tours and marketing images to promote listings. The role collaborates closely with clients, sales associates, logistics, and management, and is managed remotely by a local Photography Manager.
Responsibilities- Support marketing efforts on and by capturing professional 3‑D tours and floor plans.
- Create a portfolio of photographs that best feature homes and apartments, applying photography techniques to showcase spaces.
- Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and satisfy client demands.
- Communicate professionally with clients, sales, research partners, and management to evaluate priorities and tasks.
- Manage market coverage by navigating 1‑mile square grids to identify new inventory and commercial properties for photography.
- Adhere to CoStar safety standards for vehicle and equipment protection.
- Represent CoStar in a professional manner at all times.
- Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as required.
• Repetitive and frequent sitting in a car, standing and walking for up to eight hours per day.
• Lift, carry, and maneuver equipment up to five pounds.
• Repetitive hand and arm movements while typing on a tablet or laptop and operating camera equipment.
• Occasional bending, stooping, squatting, lifting, twisting, and carrying necessary for job functions.
• Ability to work and drive in all seasons, including weekends on a rotating schedule.
- At least two years of professional photography experience with a strong commitment to prior employers.
- Real estate photography experience required; recent photography degree acceptable.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a client‑first mindset.
- Drone photography experience and FAA Part 107 license obtained within 30 days of offer.
- Excellent time‑management, detail orientation, data entry, oral and written communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Office, Internet applications, and Apple iOS products.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment; field experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

CompensationBase Compensation: $49,000 - $50,000 (Hourly) based on geographic location, skills, and competencies.
