Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator
Location: Georgetown KY

Shifts:

1st shift — Tuesday to Friday (7:30am – 4:00pm); 3rd shift — Monday to Friday (11:30pm – 8:00am). Overtime is mandatory.

Pay: $17.50 per hour

• Provide customer service to logistics customers and suppliers
• Data entry of all activity from drivers logistics tracking system
• Track and confirm all logistics partners within the supply chain as defined meet their scope of work and expectations
• Confirm compliance of handling
• Handle variance reports for client assembly plants and their suppliers supporting the communication scope as defined
• Communicate effectively with customers, OTR drivers, Partner Carriers, and suppliers
• Maintain proper records and ensure information is executed timely and correctly
• Overtime as needed
• Saturday work as needed based on our customers work schedule

• Must be at least 18 years of age or over
• Must comply with client’s substance abuse & background policy
• 1-2 years’ experience in logistics or dispatch experience preferred
• Requires excellent data entry skills
• Must be computer literate
• Must have basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs:
  Word, Excel, Outlook
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
