Customer Service Manager with Sophia Kenealy-State Farm Agency. You will generate exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate the needs of the community members you support.

Responsibilities- Oversee the customer service team and daily operations.
- Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures.
- Handle escalated customer complaints and issues.
- Train and mentor customer service representatives.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, with 2+ years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
$35,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
