In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues efficiently. Your fluency in German will be essential in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service, while your commitment to excellence will help us enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

• Respond to customer inquiries in German through various channels including phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with questions and issues related to our products and services
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any escalated issues effectively
• Educate customers about our offerings and guide them in using our products
• Gather customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
