Schoner Chevrolet is a family‑owned dealership offering a rewarding career. The high‑volume Service Department seeks Service Advisors with excellent customer service skills to guide customers through the auto‑repair and maintenance process, advise on service options and costs, and ensure customer satisfaction. CDK experience is a plus.

Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer specials, schedule service appointments, and more.

• Guide customers through the auto repair/maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer specials, schedule service appointments, and more.
• Greet customers, answer questions and offer additional services
• Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
• Maintain high CSI score
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Auto Service Advisor/Technician and CDK experience is preferred
• Excellence customer service, computer and communication skills
• Basic automotive mechanical operational knowledge is helpful
